Poly Midroller Updated 2-Piece Wheel Quadtrac STX

This is a new upgrade wheel to replace all OEM midrollers for Quadtrac machines(not Rowtrac) made from 2006-2021. This 2-piece wheel used the same seal and bearings as the original wheel, but now you can unbolt the poly wheel and change that without changing the bearings or seal.

Trackfarmer stocks these upgraded wheels as well as all OEM midrollers and idler wheels used on the CNH tractors. We also sell a much better midroller seal than Case sells, as well as tools used by Case mechanics to change those out.

If you are turning in a leased tractor, check out out used tracks in case you are needing a 50% track or better to avoid costly Case rental charges. We sell all qualities of used tracks for these machines and often have a lot of options.

Poly Midroller Wheel Case IH Quadtrac STX 2006+ (OEM: 84162383, 4w-5064)

These are the highest quality midroller available for all Case Quadtrac STX machines made from 2006 through 2022. These are a single piece original equipment hub-style wheel with encased bearings, and you will need a seal and two bearings per wheel. These wheels cost $525 if you have a core to exchange, or there is a core fee of $400 per wheel making the net cost $925.00 ea. These are the OE wheel used on all STX Quadtrac machines made from 2006-2022. Before then they used a midroller with smaller seals, and after 2022 the STX machines started coming with a 2-piece wheel. The Steiger Quadtrac and Rowtrac machines use different wheels.

We can also have your midrollers retreaded with rubber(lower quality) for $360 ea which would take about 2-4 weeks.

Trackfarmer stocks these OE wheels, as well as a new 2-piece midroller that you can upgrade to which allows you to remove the poly wheel from the hub and leave the bearings and seal in tact to reuse on the next poly wheel. We also sell a superior seal which will stop leaks if you have them, as well as a spindle extension tool which makes midroller installation easy(Case mechanics use them)

Case IH has chosen to stop selling these midrollers for the original Quadtrac 9370 and 9380 machines and that makes the core value go way up. We can sell a poly midroller for $525 if we get a core back, but the core fee is $1000, making the net cost $1525.00 ea. if you do not have a good core. A good core is a wheel that simply has worn down the rubber without any cracks or fatigue damage in the steel.

We can also retread your midrollers with rubber for about $360 per wheel. We do not stock this type because they are low quality. We can have your wheels retreaded with rubber for $360 per wheel and the process takes about 2-3 weeks once you get them to the factory. Just call, text, or email for info on how to do that.

These are the highest quality midroller for Quadtrac machines made from 2000-2006. These midrollers have a smaller seal than the current STX and Rowtrac machines made since 2006. If you buy these poly wheels we will need a good core or there is a $600 core fee, so the net cost is $1125.00 ea without a good core.

Another option is we can retread your wheels with rubber for $360 each, it would take about 2 weeks to have that done. It is a lower quality option.

Trackfarmer sells special seals if you struggle from seals leaking, which can allow you to put a new style midroller onto your old style spindles. We also stock many new and used Quadtrac tracks.

The highest quality poly midroller available. Upgrade to these poly midrollers and stop the costly downtime with bad bogey wheels. These wheels have a $200 core fee so the net cost is $650 per wheel if you cannot send a good wheel core back to us. This is the single piece narrow midroller used on all Case Steiger Rowtrac machines made up until 2021 when Case started making a 2-piece version of this wheel. Verify whether you are needing the single piece or 2-piece version of this wheel before ordering please, Trackfarmer stocks both versions.

If you are having leaky seal problems, Trackfarmer sells a seal that will fix that issue.

Trackfarmer also sells the wide midroller kit to expand your undercarriage to a wider one with 24″ tracks for around $65k.

Trackfarmer ProSeal For CNH Quadtrac, Rowtrac, Magnum Halftrac

The Trackfarmer ProSeal is the Easiest to install of any seal we have tested. This heavy duty triple-lipped rubber seal was designed to replace the 2-Piece blue seal that CNH sells which is metal on metal and very sensitive to finger prints and other failures upon installation.

This single piece seal can be pressed into the wheel after the bearing has been installed, and then the wheel can be installed onto the spindle without worrying about whether the two seal halves meet perfectly. The ProSeal stops leaking seals and gets you working. BEST, EASIEST, FASTEST
