We can retread your idler wheel for $750 ea, and we often have those in stock already.  To avoid paying core fees you can ship us your wheel cores and we will send you the new wheels by ltl.  We can manage the shipments and keep thos costs as lowas possible.  If you do not have a core then there is a core fee of $900, so net cost would be $1650.00.
