This is a tool that CNH mechanics use to extend the bogey wheel axle to make it easier to install the heavy rollers and not crush the new seal when doing so.  The original shaft only gives you 3″ to work with when trying to lift and correctly line up the heavy wheel and this extension makes that process easier by a mile.  works for Quadtrac STX, Rowtrac, Halftrac, T8, and most case factory combine midroller axles.
